We've recently had the honour of working alongside the dedicated team at the Mount Juliet Police Department in Tennessee to conduct a live demonstration of the Dynamic Range X1 Plus system.
The visit offered a great opportunity to showcase how our portable moving target system can elevate law enforcement training — in both tight indoor environments and open-space ranges.
Bringing Movement to the Range
Coordinated by Cpl. Holdmire, the demo focused on integrating the X1 Pro into the department’s semi-indoor range.
We also demonstrated our screen-based shoot/no-shoot target setup. With targets that move and demand split-second judgment, officers had the chance to engage with more complex, realistic scenarios than static paper silhouettes could ever deliver.
Purpose-Built for Professionals
The X1 Pro (AR500) was designed for moments like this. Whether it's in a full shoot house or a converted indoor bay, the system:
Adds dynamic, programmable movement
Supports quick setup and teardown (no tools required)
Works in tight or structured spaces
Integrates easily with judgment training, screen systems, or shoot/no-shoot overlays
This demo was a clear reminder of how powerful the right tools can be when paired with departments committed to preparing their officers for the real world.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to Cpl. Holdmire and the entire Mount Juliet PD team for welcoming us in, running the drills, and showing genuine interest in evolving their training methods. It’s always a privilege to work with law enforcement professionals who prioritise realism, safety, and readiness.
