On‑Site Moving Target Deployment

We fly in, engineer your lanes, and run the moving‑target systems so your cadre can focus on training—not equipment.

Projects start at USD $40,000 + travel & logistics. Ideal for agencies/units with defined training outcomes.

Who This Is For

  • For agencies and units who:

    • Need moving‑threat lanes built and run during their training days.

    • Don’t have spare staff to set up, tune, and operate systems.

    • Want repeatable, recorded motion profiles for standardized assessment.

    • Are under time pressure to execute a training block without delays.

  • Not a fit if: You’re exploring options with no budget, or want to “rent a few units and figure it out day‑of.”

The Problem

  • Training staff are already maxed—no bandwidth to be “target techs.”

  • Day‑of failures or delays kill the schedule and waste ammo, instructors, and range time.

  • Inconsistent movement = inconsistent evals (training scars).

  • You need standardized motion across lanes/classes and clean safety documentation.

Our Solution

We bring the team, the gear, the plan, and the redundancy.

  • Design & Planning: Pre‑deployment scoping to define outcomes, lanes, distances, movement profiles, and throughput.

  • Install & Commissioning: We engineer and install the system, tension lines or fixtures, and run full checks.

  • Operations Team: Our operators run the systems throughout training—record/playback identical patterns or switch to randomization per your brief.

  • Redundancy: Spares on site. If a unit goes down, training doesn’t.

  • Documentation: Safety brief inputs, equipment checklists, and a concise after‑action report.

Note: We match your facility SOPs and safety requirements. Covered/indoor conditions recommended; we’ll plan around your facility and schedule.

What’s Included

  • Systems & Control: Dynamic Range X1 Plus / X1 Pro (AR500) movers, remotes, control hardware, power solutions.

  • Crew: Lead engineer + operator(s); additional techs as required by scope.

  • Scenario Profiles: Pre‑programmed motion sets (record/playback) and random modes per your training goals.

  • Spares & Tools: On‑site redundancy and service kit.

  • Docs: System risk assessment inputs, operator checklists, AAR summary with motion profiles used.

Popular add‑ons

  • Scenario scripting workshop (1/2 day) with your cadre.

  • Multi‑day/multi‑site deployments.

  • Train‑the‑operator (hand‑off session for your team).

  • Custom target faces/props.

  • Video capture pack for debrief (you own the footage).

How It Works

  1. Scoping Call (30–45 min): Outcomes, lanes, volume, constraints, dates.

  2. SOW & Quote: Clear scope, motion plan, crew, logistics, and investment.

  3. Pre‑Deployment Check: Virtual walk‑through; confirm fixtures, power, comms.

  4. Mobilization: Crew travels from Amherst, NS with equipment.

  5. Install & Test: Commission systems; safety confirmation with your range staff.

  6. Run the Training: We operate targets; you run instruction and evaluation.

  7. Teardown & AAR: We remove equipment and deliver an after‑action summary.

Facility Requirements.png

Facility Requirements

  • Space & Fixtures: Straight run or approved mounting points. If not available, we propose portable fixtures in the SOW.

  • Power: We can operate from provided power or bring battery solutions—confirm during scoping.

  • Comms: We plan control ranges and line‑of‑sight needs based on your facility.

  • SOPs: We align to your safety and training SOPs.

Investment.png

Investment & Terms

  • Minimum project: USD $40,000 + travel & logistics.

  • Typical 2–5 day deployments: USD $65,000.

  • Complex/multi‑site: USD $150,000+.

  • Terms: 50% to schedule; balance Net‑15 on completion (or via PO).

  • Procurement: We support standard procurement methods and can provide a sole‑source justification template if required.

Results You Can Expect.png

Results You Can Expect

  • Zero instructor time wasted on setup and troubleshooting.

  • Repeatable motion profiles across lanes and classes.

  • Higher training throughput and cleaner evals.

  • A dependable system that “just works” all day.

FAQ

Is this a training course?

No. We are your moving‑target deployment and operations team. Your cadre retains full control of training and safety.

How far in advance do we need to book?

The earlier the better to lock dates and logistics. We’ll advise realistic timelines in the scoping call.

What happens if equipment fails?

We bring spares and swap fast. Training keeps moving.

Can you operate in secure facilities?

Yes. We work under NDA and align with relevant security and export controls.

Insurance and safety?

We carry commercial liability and follow your facility SOPs. You control training; we run the systems.
