1. Warranty: Our product comes with a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents. To be eligible for the warranty, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase, such as order confirmation, receipt, or invoice, from our online store.

2. Return Policy: We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, the customer must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice, from our online store.

3. Li-ion Battery Risk: By purchasing our product, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks associated with Li-ion batteries, including but not limited to the potential for puncturing, leaking, overheating, or short-circuiting, which may result in fire, explosion, or other hazards. You agree to handle, store, and dispose of the Li-ion batteries in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations. You assume all responsibility for any damages, injuries, or losses that may arise from the improper handling, storage, use, or disposal of the Li-ion batteries. Our company shall not be held liable for any harm, damage, or loss caused by your failure to adhere to these precautions or any misuse of the product.

4. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Nova Scotia, Canada.

5. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the province of Nova Scotia, Canada.

6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product.

7. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website and placing orders after any modifications are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.

9. Shipping Information: We charge shipping fees on all orders. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.

10. International Shipping: We do offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and the size and weight of the package. The customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with their order. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

11. Product Availability: While we strive to keep all products in stock, there may be times when a product is out of stock or on backorder. In such cases, we will notify you and provide an estimated time of availability. You may choose to cancel your order or wait for the product to become available.

16. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Waiver: The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

18. Third-Party Links: Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these websites, and the inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement or approval. You access and use these third-party websites at your own risk.

19. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, along with any other policies or guidelines referenced therein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

20. No Class Actions: You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or our products or services shall be resolved on an individual basis and that you shall not participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to our products or services.

21. Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, as well as third-party payment platforms. By submitting your payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and grant us permission to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

22. Import Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, and tariffs that may apply to their orders. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are set by the destination country. With recent U.S.-Canadian tariff changes, additional fees may apply for U.S. customers. Please check with your local customs office for details.

23. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our products or website.

24. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your use of our website and/or products at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

DRX1 CONTINUING CARE PLAN

LIMITED SERVICE PLAN TERMS

Version 1.0 · Effective 11 August 2026

1. OBLIGOR. The company obligated to perform under this plan is Sangster Engineering Ltd., doing business as Dynamic Range X1, CBCA corporation number 1489141-4, 11 Princess Street, Unit 203, Amherst, Nova Scotia B4H 1W5, Canada. Contact us at (330) 765-5029 or info@dynamicrangex1.com. This plan is an agreement for repair services. It is not an insurance policy and provides no cash indemnity of any kind.

2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS. DRX1 X1 Plus, X1 Pro, and Hostage Rescue Target carriage and remote assemblies, identified by serial number on your plan confirmation. One plan covers one serial-numbered system.

3. TERM. Twelve (12) months from the plan purchase date shown on your confirmation. The plan may be renewed for successive 12-month terms at the then-current price. Coverage applies only to incidents occurring during an active term.

4. WHAT IS COVERED. During the term, we will repair or replace components of the covered carriage and remote that stop functioning because of accidental damage sustained during training use — including impact, gunfire, drops, vehicle contact, and weather exposure. Replacement is with the same or functionally equivalent new or refurbished parts, at our option. Repaired and replaced parts are covered for the remainder of the term.

5. WHAT IS NOT COVERED.

(a) Cosmetic conditions that do not affect function: scrapes, scuffs, dents, paint marks, corrosion staining, decal or sticker residue.

(b) Consumable and sacrificial items whose function is to absorb impact: AR500 armor covers, target faces, backers, and mounting hardware for the same.

(c) Loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, or a system not returned to us.

(d) Damage caused by modification of the system, or by parts or accessories not supplied by us. Use of third-party parts does not by itself void this plan.

(e) Damage caused by intentional destruction or by use outside the operating instructions supplied with the system.

(f) Outbound freight to us, and any duties, brokerage, or customs charges.

(g) Loss of use, downtime, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss.

6. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM. Contact support at (330) 765-5029 or info@dynamicrangex1.com during the term and describe what happened. We will issue a return authorization. Ship the complete carriage and the remote together, in adequate packaging, to the address on the authorization. You are responsible for freight to us and for risk of loss in transit; retain your shipping receipt. We will repair or replace, run a full function test, load current software, and return the system to you at our expense to any address in the United States or Canada.

7. LIMITS. Our total obligation in any 12-month term is limited to the original invoice price of the covered system, measured at our published parts list prices plus freight. When that amount has been reached, the plan is fulfilled and expires without refund. Service is provided at our facility only; no on-site service is included.

8. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL. You may cancel within twenty (20) days of the date the plan terms are mailed to you, or ten (10) days of delivery if delivered by another method, and receive a full refund provided no claim has been made. After that, you may cancel at any time for a pro-rata refund of the unearned plan price, less the value of any service already provided. We may cancel only for non-payment, material misrepresentation, or a substantial breach of your duties relating to the covered system, on fifteen (15) days written notice.

9. RELATIONSHIP TO YOUR WARRANTY. This plan is separate from, and in addition to, the 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty supplied with your system. It does not replace that warranty and does not affect any implied warranty or statutory right you have under applicable law. Where an incident is covered by both, the manufacturer's warranty applies first at no charge to you.

10. TRANSFER. The plan follows the covered serial number and may be transferred once with the system by written notice to us before the transfer.

11. GOVERNMENT AND INSTITUTIONAL PURCHASERS. For purchasers whose funds are subject to annual appropriation: this plan may be terminated at the end of any fiscal period for which funds are not appropriated, with a pro-rata refund of the unearned plan price. Amounts paid are fully earned as services are delivered.

12. AVAILABILITY. This plan is not offered in every jurisdiction. It is not offered in Quebec. State- and province-specific amendments, where they apply, are attached and control over any conflicting term above.

13. RECORDS. We retain plan and claim records for three (3) years after the plan expires.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This document plus your plan confirmation is the entire agreement between you and us for the plan.
