How long do the batteries last?

X1 Pro: about 1 hour per battery, and the Police Department Bundle includes four. X1 Plus: 2+ hours. Thermal Target: about 5 hours at full heat, about 10 at 50 W. Spare batteries are in the store.

What happens if a round hits the machine?

The X1 Pro has a 10 mm AR500 armor front plate. The warranty covers defects, not accidents, so for training damage there is the Continuing Care Plan: it covers accidental damage to the carriage and remote during normal training use (X1 Pro $244.90, X1 Plus $129.90, Hostage Rescue Target $92.50 a year). Spare parts are in the store.

What warranty comes with it?

A 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If it isn't right for you, return it within 60 days, in its original condition and packaging, for a full refund. You pay the return shipping.

What do we need to buy separately?

  • X1 Pro: the steel target.

  • Hostage Rescue Target: an AR500 steel silhouette (12×20 in or 18×30 in, 3/8 in).

  • Pop Up Target: the base price is the mechanism only; a plywood stand and a steel silhouette are options.

  • Turning Target: a stand (free 2x4 plans) and cardboard targets, sold in packs of 100.

  • Thermal Target: the Complete Kit ($2,033.79) adds the steel silhouette, stand, battery, charger and hard case.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, then take about 7–9 business days to arrive. Turning Target presale orders are expected to ship November 22 (phone control) and December 6 (long-range remote).

How long does setup take?

The X1 Pro, Hostage Rescue and Pop Up Targets set up in under 15 minutes, and the Thermal Target needs no tools. The Turning Target mounts on a 2x4 stand, your own stand or an X1 Pro carriage. No posts or trees on your range? The Portable End Post Kit is $296.89 in the store.
