FAQ

How long is shipping and delivery?

We process and ship orders in 1-2 business days. Shipping then takes about 7-9 business days once the system leaves our shop. 

What happens if I accidentally hit the system? 

Depending on the extent of the damage, you might need to replace the part. Our replacement parts kits are reasonably priced and available here. You can also hang the targets as low as needed to match the shooter's skill level.

Do you accept purchase orders from police departments?
