How long is shipping and delivery?
We process and ship orders in 1-2 business days. Shipping then takes about 7 business days once the system leaves our shop.
What happens if I accidentally hit the system?
Depending on the extent of damage, you may need to replace parts. Our replacement kit set costs less than a box of ammo here. You can also reduce the risk of damage by using our target extenders.
What's the difference between the X1 and X1 Plus?
The X1 Plus has a 450m vs a 200m remote and the ability to record and play back movement patters. Additionally, the larger motors let you hang up to 12 lbs. of added weight when using a steel cable. The X1 Plus also runs 2x faster than the original. Here's a video comparison.
